DEMONSTRATION OF THE SUM OF THE INTERIOR ANGLES OF A POLYGON:
- If we have a triangle, the sum of the interior angles will be 180 degrees.
- If we have a quadrilateral, the sum of the interior angles will be 360 degrees. (180x2)
- And if we have any polygon of n sides, I can cut that polygon in n-2 triangles. Therefore the sum of the interior angles of any polygon of n sides is (n-2)x180 degrees.
